COMING SOON IN JULY Daoist Yoga: Taught by Matu Stephen

The exercises, postures, and principles of Daoist Yoga form the core of most systems of qigong, taiji (tai chi), and gong-fu (kung-fu). This ancient Chinese method of exercise combines static and flowing movements to reinvigorate the body and is part of the oldest continually practiced and documented system of exercise therapy in the world. By incorporating natural movement, energy flow, and emotion in practices that balance inner structure through yin & yang and the 5 elements, Daoist Yoga picks up where functional fitness leaves off. Subtle yet profound, this class is perfect for seasoned practitioners, open-minded beginners, and anyone curious about traditional methods of Chinese self-care. NEW Cash Discount class, Mondays at 7pm starting in July.
