NEW Yoga at the Wall: Taught by Cynthia Hoss

Yoga at the Wall is a fun and challenging practice that uses the wall for external resistance to increase strength, balance, and awareness. It explores practical alignment techniques to stabilize the core, stretch safely, and improve posture. Cynthia also offers Ayurvedic wisdom throughout the practice to support balance and well-being during the fall season, and class ends with the deep rest of savasana. NEW Yoga for Body Liberation:      Taught by Bailey Mead

Yoga for Body Liberation is an all-levels, body-positive practice that nurtures self-love and somatic awareness through a compassionate and accessible exploration of Yoga. Class moves slowly and mindfully with the support of Bailey Mead, a skillful trauma-aware and anti-oppressive facilitator. This approach to yoga is grounded in safety and freedom to notice and make personal choices as we become more present in the body. It also helps regulate the nervous system so we can show up with more joy, resiliency, and wellness in our lives. Beginners are welcome. NEW HIIT Yoga Fusion:      Taught by Mia Leibold

Get fit and have fun in this class that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga. Join personal trainer Mia Leibold to start your Saturday with an assortment of energetic exercises and yoga flows designed to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. The first part of class includes heart pumping movement set to lively music; the last part of class slows down and turns inward for deep yin yoga stretches to cool the body and calm the mind. The Practice is a more than just a group yoga class, it’s a practice on the mat that enables us to live into our full potential off the mat. Inspired by the practices of ParaYoga, tantric hatha-vinyasa, and Ayurveda, this in-depth class is for students with at least foundational yoga experience and is an appropriate preparation

Gentle Yoga:      Taught by Christine Peckels and Stephanie Unsworth

In this supportive and fun class you are encouraged to be gentle with your body!  Gentle Yoga offers an opportunity to explore your current status and then move beyond that to discover new depths within yourself.  Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and chairs are used to modify postures and support you in this gentle paced class.  Beginners welcome.  See Class Schedule Here

Healthy Core & Back:      Taught by Cynthia Hoss

This class focuses on activating and strengthening core muscles for ease of movement and a healthy spine. Flowing postures, short sequences, and targeted holds will be explored for strength and stability of the lower back and pelvis, with a secondary focus on the shoulders and hips. Suggestions will be offered to accommodate limited range of motion due to injury, surgery, overuse, aging issues, etc.  As we discover the key elements to moving from our core, we cultivate ease in body and mind both on and off the mat - join us to experience these therapeutic benefits firsthand.  Beginners welcome.  See Class Schedule Here

A balanced combination of vinyasa flowing and longer holding poses - the perfect way to begin your Monday! Mindful Flow incorporates progressive sequences focusing on alignment that gently build to a more rhythmic pace. Body and mind come together in this centering and invigorating flow. During class, students are encouraged to explore the benefits of each posture within the boundaries and framework of their own individual expressions. Yin Flow: Taught by Anne Marie Olbrot

Wind down your day and unwind stress with this calm and centering yin flow class. Combining intuitive and intelligent flowing transitions with the slow, steady pace of your breath lays the foundation for a meditative mind and body connection as we flow through sequential postures before moving into stillness. Yin-To-Yang Yoga:      Taught by Indira Kate Kalmbach

Whether you are tired and in need of rest or feeling sluggish and wanting movement, this class delivers. Join Indira for a harmonious yoga sequence geared toward bringing you into balance. Following the traditional way of yin yoga, class will begin with passive yin shapes that target connective tissue and myofascia, then we will transition into strengthening yang poses before ending with a guided relaxation. The graceful arc of this class - beginning and ending slowly, with a mindful active portion in the middle - is intended to guide you to a place of focused awareness that leads to inner harmony and peace. Yin Yoga:      Taught by Cynthia Hoss

Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissue - tendons, fascia, and ligaments - to improve overall flexibility and allow time to notice from within. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by props and the gentle guidance of Cynthia. Yoga for Men:      Taught by Kyle Thompson

Yoga for Men is an open level class taught from a man's point of view and designed to introduce men to the benefits of yoga.  Explore physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you cope with the daily stresses and demands of your life.  The physical practice aims to open areas of the body that men find most challenging- it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes!  Bring your sense of humor!  Beginners welcome.  See Class Schedule Here

This class utilizes both active and relaxing postures, as well as movement within postures, to cultivate balance, fluidity, and strength. In the spirit of self-study, all are encouraged to explore and adapt the practice to suit individual needs - come to your own place of reflective movement and inner stillness. Beginning Yoga 1:      Taught by Suzi Batdorff

Perfect for those who want to start at the beginning and explore the fundamentals of yoga!  Beginning Yoga 1 introduces you to basic yoga poses and alignment, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being.  Join experienced teacher Suzi and enjoy improved flexibility and balance while learning to practice yoga safely and effectively in this fun beginning yoga class!  $108 for 8 week session, Mondays 5:45-7:00pm. Prenatal Yoga:      Taught by Johanna Potter

Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to support your body, mind, and well-being during pregnancy.  Work with postures to improve balance and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, and ease into the changes that are taking place.  Learn breathing techniques and relaxation, empowering yourself with useful tools to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood!  Join in this safe and supportive weekly yoga practice to help alleviate some of the common discomforts and stresses of pregnancy.  This 6 week semester class brings together pregnant women of all ages and stages; please consult your physician or midwife before beginning prenatal yoga if you have any questions or concerns.  $80 for 6 week session: Thursdays 5:15-6:30pm (or) Thursdays 6:45-8pm. NEW MamaCore:      Taught by Dr. Kate Antoniotti

MamaCore is a therapeutic practice, specifically designed for mothers as early as 8 weeks postpartum and anywhere after. The MamaCore practice blends the wisdom of Yoga with the functional movements of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization to address core strengthening, diastasis healing, and pelvic floor re-integration. Dr. Kate's class combines the physical practice to build strength and balance, with the community to build connection and support as we navigate the motherhood transition together. Due to our commitment to creating connection and community, this class is limited to 20 women.

MamaCore is ideal for: the new mama who feels ready to begin their postpartum healing journey, the busy mama who gave birth years ago but still feels the presence of abdominal separation (diastasis recti), or any women noticing symptoms of pelvic floor weakness (stress incontinence). No matter how old your children are or where you are on your postpartum journey - MamaCore was created to provide the space to connect with other mothers while educating and empowering you with the tools to heal your body. NEW Intentional Connections: Taught by Indira Kate Kalmbach

This five-part series combines a physical yoga practice with contemplative inquiries that are the foundation of the yoga tradition. Join Indira on this investigative journey into topics such as interdependence, dharma or life purpose, connection and belonging. Discover how your understanding of these principles can transform and enrich your experience of daily life. Each evening will begin with an active yoga practice followed by an experiential inquiry culled from the yoga tradition. Though these intentional practices, you strengthen your connection to that which gives your life meaning and purpose. As you devote your attention to this purpose, your life becomes a natural expression of both inner and outer harmony. Bring a journal and pen. Some yoga experience is suggested, but not required.
